PAY LESS ATTENTION ON WHITE COLLAR JOB, SWITCH MORE ATTENTION TO AGRICULTURE

Many look but few see, there are thousand of young people finishing school this year and many the coming year. the number of  people seeking white collar job is on the increase daily. it time to go back to the foundation. time to go back to agriculture.

Farming rules the world, even the king depends on it. Professor should invest more in agricultural research, example on the preservation of perishable food, like tomatoes and others. students should be encouraged from the elementary to study and have practical experience on farming. National Youth Service Corps NYSC should send all graduate for two weeks agricultural farming in there locality. or still change there Community Development Service CDS to farming. this can be done by the introduction of mechanized farming. a solution to mechanized farming can be done through the local government area. this can be achieved by the following:

• having farming equipment available in every local government secretarial. these farming equipment will be available according to the kind of crops farmed in that locality.
• these equipment would be given to farmer as lease or rent on a very small amount.
• training and retraining should be made available this will help for the safety of the farmers and the equipment.
• the farming equipment maintenance should be giving as a contract. for a contractor to manage.
• professor of agriculture in all institution should be having training with the local farmers on the new agricultural development, by teaching them the basic improvement in the agricultural sector. 
• preservative equipment should be introduced in area where perishable food are being cultivated.
